UEFA EURO 2024 Volunteer Programme
16,000 Volunteers Needed for UEFA EURO 2024
UEFA and Host Cities Seek Dedicated Volunteers
The UEFA EURO 2024 tournament, taking place from June 14 to July 14, 2024, requires 16,000 volunteers to support its operations in 10 host cities: Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, and Stuttgart. UEFA and the National Associations, valuing diversity and inclusivity, are seeking volunteers from all backgrounds. The tournament will offer a unique opportunity for volunteers to contribute to a major sporting event, gaining valuable experience and making lifelong memories. Volunteers will play a pivotal role in providing assistance to visitors, including answering questions, providing public transport information, and ensuring the smooth running of tournament activities. The UEFA EURO 2024 Volunteer Programme is a joint initiative between UEFA and the host cities. Volunteers will be provided with training, uniforms, and opportunities to interact with fans from around Europe. The tournament not only provides a platform for football enthusiasts but also fosters a sense of community and civic involvement.
