Low Fuel Motorsport: An Overview
Introduction
Low Fuel Motorsport (LFM) is a sim racing platform that provides a structured and competitive environment for sim racers. LFM has been providing this service to Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC) users for many years, and now Assetto Corsa (AC) players can also enjoy an online competition system.
Current Features
Currently, LFM's custom Balance of Performance (BOP) only affects GT3 models. Furthermore, some older GT3 cars, such as the Lexus RC F GT3 or Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3, differ from the newer models. The platform also features a system that allows drivers to progress through different skill levels, similar to iRacing's Safety Rating (SR) system.
Upcoming Changes
LFM Season 13, which kicks off on 8th January 2024, will introduce a few changes. There will be several minor adjustments and one significant change. The details of these changes have not yet been announced.
